About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Maryland Sewer and Drain Pros. By using this site or booking our services, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Work is quoted flat-rate before it begins. If we discover a materially different problem than the one diagnosed, we will stop and re-quote before continuing — we will not add to an agreed price without your approval.

Information on this site

Any price ranges shown are typical ranges for our service area and are illustrative, not offers. Guidance in our articles is general information about sewer and drain systems and is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property.

Warranties

We provide written guarantees on completed work: 30 days on drain cleaning, 90 days on hydro jetting, and one year on sewer line work. Guarantees cover the specific work performed and do not cover new or unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, or problems originating outside the scope we were engaged for. Full terms are provided with your invoice.

Scheduling

Same-day and emergency response times are targets based on typical conditions and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic and call volume can affect arrival. We will always give you an honest arrival window rather than an optimistic one.

Property access

You confirm that you are authorised to approve work at the property, and that you will provide safe access to the areas we need to reach. Where work requires permits, we will handle the process and inform you of any impact on schedule.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Maryland law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for damage arising from defects we were not engaged to inspect or repair.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
